We’re excited to welcome your child to Society Lab — a gaming space built for fun, connection, and safe screen time.
To help everyone enjoy the experience, please review and agree to the following:
✅ Participation Requirements
- Children must be 8+
- Must be able to participate in a supervised group setting
- Parent/guardian must be reachable during the session
🎮 What’s Included
- Access to PS5 & Nintendo Switch
- Supervised gameplay in a neon-lit, air-conditioned space
- Pizza and drink (when stated in the event listing)
📋 House Rules
To keep the experience safe and enjoyable, all kids must follow these basic rules:
- Be kind and respectful to others
- No shouting, rough play, or aggressive behavior
- Food stays at the snack area only
- Take turns and share controllers
- Follow staff directions at all times
⏰ Drop-Off & Pickup
- Parents may drop off children for sessions
- Children must be picked up on time
- Repeated late pickups may result in booking restrictions
🚫 Behavior Policy
If a child is unable to follow the rules or becomes disruptive, we will contact the parent for early pickup. No refunds will be provided in this case.
⚖️ Liability Waiver (Add to Terms)
By booking a session, I acknowledge and accept the following:
- Society Lab is a recreational gaming space and not a licensed childcare provider.
- I understand that while staff supervision is provided, Society Lab is not responsible for minor injuries, accidents, or the loss of personal belongings.
- I agree to be reachable by phone during my child’s session and will respond promptly if contacted.
- I accept full responsibility for my child’s behavior and participation during the session.
- Society Lab reserves the right to end a session early or deny future bookings if rules are not followed.
